As you are aware, during this unprecedented time, many businesses are closing and people are having to work from home. To support you during this time, we will remain open for as long as the government permits. If it becomes necessary for us to close our doors we will continue to work from home and provide support remotely via login to support any issues you may have, for a charge of £30 per session. We are now operating a ‘pickup and return’ service to anyone within a 25-mile radius of the shop for a £10 charge plus our usual labour rates in case of issues that cannot be sorted remotely. We would call at your premise and you would need to have the laptop/pc ready for us to pickup and go so we will still be following the government social distancing advise. We will also disinfect all devices before working on them and return them disinfected as well.

This is an ideal time to sign up for our Watchdog Support Service.
For £12 per month per device (laptop or PC) for home users and £13.20 per month for business users.
We will install a piece of software on to your computer, this will run weekly maintenance checks for optimum performance and provides an internet security package to ensure your computer remains free from any viruses. Our Watchdog Support Service has built-in secure remote login software, accessed only by our professional technicians to reassure you that scammers are unable to access your machine. ‘pickup and return’ charges are included in this service, however there will be additional charges for any hardware or software replacements.

We can also provide a virtual private network (VPN) service for business users to access work machines from home. We would need to access your home computer and the machine in your place of work to install and set up this software. The charge for this is £3 per month per machine for up to 5 machines (charged monthly in advance). The cost for 6 or more machines up to 30 has an upfront charge of £150 for an annual license.
